Report a translation problem
If you have all mods uninstalled (read as uninstalled, not unchecked) then broken .ini files is the only cause I can think of.
I did say uninstalled. I meant unchecked. I've -properly- uninstalled all of my mods now and the crash to desktop problem went away. I'm currently troubleshooting to discover which mod is being ♥♥♥♥♥.
Oh well. My mistake! /thread for now.
