Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim by EnaiSiaion - mod preview!
EnaiSiaion, well known author of Apocolype Magic of Skyrim and Wintermyst Enchantments of Skyrim amoung a host of others, has been working on a perk tree overhaul and giving us little previews over on the skyrimmods reddit and I thought you guys might be interested in seeing them as well.

I'm not going to copy and paste all of the perks here, but you will be able to find links to the full perk tree previews and relevent discussions along side some of my favorite perks that I will copy out to give you an idea.
Overall it looks to be a very unique and very interesting perk overhaul that not only changes a lot of the flaws in the vanilla system, but has its own unique features and also brings in features from larger overhauls and lesser known concepts into one, encouraging using actual builds rather then just throwing a perk into everything and making the perks truely stand out by themselves (no more full on perk sinks for no reason and little return)

The Warrior Perks

A few choice perks from ONE HANDED:
- 70 Snakebite: Backwards power attacks with a dagger stagger the target and have 50% chance to paralyze the target for 15 seconds.
- 50 Rise Kinsmen: Forwards power attacks with a mace inspire nearby allies, granting 20% extra attack damage for 15 seconds. This effect stacks.

TWO HANDED:
- 30 Gnarly Wounds (3): Attacks with battle axes cause living enemies to bleed, taking 30/50/70 damage over the course of 20 seconds. This effect stacks.
- 40 Weaponmaster: Greatswords deal 30% more damage to targets affected by Gnarly Wounds or Crushing Blows. Battle axes deal 30% more damage to targets affected by Overpower or Crushing Blows. Warhammers deal 30% more damage to targets affected by Gnarly Wounds or Overpower.

ARCHERY
40 Arrow to the Knee: Shooting a target within 25 feet slows them by 15% for 20 seconds. This effect stacks.

BLOCK
70 Mocking Blow: Power bashing with a weapon infuriates living targets for 60 seconds. They won't flee from combat but cannot regenerate Stamina and deal no damage on a Timed Block.

LIGHT ARMOR
70 Wardancer: In combat, taking no hits for 10 seconds grants 10% extra attack damage if wearing all Light Armor. This bonus stacks, but is removed upon being hit or leaving combat.
90 Spelldancer: Wardancer also improves spell effectiveness by 10% per stack.

HEAVY ARMOR
60 Menace: Enemies within 30 feet in front of you deal 15% less damage if wearing all Heavy Armor.80 Rise Above: You gain 15% extra attack damage for each enemy affected by Menace.
90 Primal Fear: Walking (but not running) in the direction of living enemies affected by Menace may break their confidence, causing them to flee for 5 seconds.

Speech Tree

50 Speak with Animals: Can Activate hostile predators (wolves, spiders, bears, chaurus, saber cats) to attempt an intimidation check. If successful, the animal is tamed and fights for you until released. You can only have one Wild Companion at a time and it cannot use doors. (You're not really supposed to keep it forever, that's what follower mods are for. This is so when you get ganked by a bunch of wolves, you can ask one just so and walk away while the fight resolves itself and you get Speech XP based on its toughness.)

80 Merciless Storm: Grants the "Merciless Storm" power. Once a day, cancels an active shout cooldown, allowing you to shout again immediately afterwards.

30 Kinship: Buy items for 15% less when trading with the same race.

The Mage Perks

DESTRUCTION
20 Force of Nature: Elemental spells cost 30% less Magicka to cast in favorable weather: fire spells in sunlight, frost spells during snowfall, shock spells in the rain.
90 Winter's Majesty: You radiate freezing cold, reducing the frost resistance of enemies within 10 feet by 50%.

CONJURATION
90 Daedra's Due: Able to donate a Human Heart to an atronach, granting it a powerful new elemental attack. Fire Atronachs learn Fireball, Frost Atronachs reduce frost resistance, Storm Atronachs learn Thunderbolt.
60 A Plague Upon Thee: If a reanimated undead is destroyed within 20 seconds, the attacker is stricken with a Daedric disease that deals 20 damage per second for 30 seconds. Those who have this perk are immune.

RESTORATION
50 Overflowing Cup: Receiving a healing spell when you are already at full Health fortifies your Health by 50 points for 20 seconds.
50 Warrior's Flame: While in combat, the Warrior's Flame periodically touches a random target within 100 feet, including you. Friendly targets are blessed, restoring 20 points of Magicka and Stamina for 5 seconds. Hostile targets are cursed, draining the same amount instead.

ALTERATION
70 The Monarch: You cannot regenerate Magicka and lose 5 points of Magicka per second but absorb 15 points of Magicka per second from living creatures within 20 feet, whether friend or foe. (A Monarch is a greater Atronach in TESO.)
30 Authority: You take 20% less damage from attacks while spellcasting while wearing robes and no light or heavy armor.

ILLUSION
70 Dream Charm: Activate sleeping victims to project yourself into their dream, improving their disposition towards you. High disposition may earn you quests, discounts and gifts. Chance to fail and alert the victim, based on Illusion skill.
90 Blind Guardian: Eight times a day, activate any non-hostile creature or humanoid in combat to summon an illusory image of the target. The illusion fights for the target for 60 seconds and the target won't flee for its duration.

Lockpicking + Pickpocketing

LOCKPICKING
30 Lockdown: Activate a hostile automaton to lockpick your way into its engine. Lock difficulty is based on its current Health. Pick its lock within 15 seconds to reduce its Health to 1 and shut it down for 60 seconds. If you fail, you can't try again for 30 seconds.

30 Robber's Eye: When you enter a dwelling you don't own, may illuminate a locked container for 120 seconds. During this time, it contains valuable treasure based on your Lockpicking skill and the difficulty of its lock. This can only occur once every 0.5 to 2.5 days.

20 Bear Traps: Able to pick up Bear Traps and drop them from your inventory to place them. The teeth of placed Bear Traps deal 2 points of damage to enemies per level of Lockpicking. You can only pick up and carry one Bear Trap at a time.

PICKPOCKET
20 Trained Rabbit: Grants the "Trained Rabbit" power. At will, silently sends out a trained rabbit to lead you to the nearest loose valuable item (armor, weapon, key, book, soul gem, ingredient). It then returns to you. (This has a massive range.)

40 Death's Emperor (2): A cursed septim appears in your inventory. When someone else is in possession of the coin, you deal twice/three times as much weapon damage to them.

90 Mutiny: Grants the "Mutiny" power. Once a day, activates the curse of the Death's Emperor, compelling up to 5 people within 200 feet to attack whoever is carrying the Death's Emperor for 60 seconds.

Looks really good. I'm open for something new ... tried perma for a bit and still not my thing I know most bugs are gone however I don't like the descissions on fists fighting (katars and claws, etc)

I need to do a proper full playthrough with PerMa before i can decide if I like it or not, but the preview of these perks looks to be really neat and it will fill my gap for a mod that only does the perks and does all of them, although I will miss my lightbow/longbow distinction

I just got PerMa working yesterday.

Yes, let's all screem "FINALLY!" You can even held hands while doing so.
(Grumpy mumbling and crispbread sounds.)

This new system looks interesting. I will have to check it out in the future. Thanks' for posting the preview.

Hahahaha, well grumbles aside, good to hear that you got it working Ilja :)

I'm personally a big fan of EnaiSiaions mods, I think they are all very well made, and it will be good to have a standalone perk overhaul avalible for the community again. I think the only other standalone one is SPERG (im not even fixing the censor problem, you all know which mod i mean) which is now rather old and still rather vanilla focused and a little buggy, not to mention no longer in development.
