List down step by step on what YOU did and what happened. Try not to refer to the guides.

You needed to run SkyProc Patcher BEFORE you downloaded those other mods. I'm betting you have "missing masters". The newest version of Requiem. 1.9 does not need all of those patches. Delete them. Run Requiem.jar. Add 1 patch. Run Requiem.jar. If problem delete patch. Lather, rinse, repeat. After every patch you run Skyproc Patcher. You will come across the problem mod at some point. When you do, live without that mod/patch. Or find the missing master. I have tons of mods with Requiem. Many of those mods have patches for Requiem on Nexus. I use not a single one of them, and Requiem works just fine. So do the mods.
hi friends Jul 18, 2015 @ 10:45am
If you're using mod organizer, run jar through Data -> Folder named "SkyProc Patchers" -> Requiem folder -> Reqtificator.jar -> Open/Excute(If succeed opening, add as executable)

That fixed javaw giving me error at least. It didn't work with adding with a one that is named <Edit...>

This is completely and UTTERLY incorrect. You NEVER run your skyproc patcher for mods before you set up your entire load order. Skyproc patchers for big mods require your full load order to be set up so that they have all the required info, you never run the patcher and then add in the rest of your applicable mods. And using mods WITHOUT patches is incredibly dangerous to your save game and the games stability not to mention the functioning of those mods
I'm sorry but Im getting very sick of endlessly correcting your incorrect information when it comes to troubleshooting so I would suggest that you brush up on proper modding practice before continuing to hand out advice.

Once you have installed your game, set up a load order and then run the patcher. If the patcher fails it will generally give you an error, write down this error and tell us what it is, we can't help unless we have all the info. Make sure you have the most up to date Requiem Skyproc patcher as per the link in the stickied comment on the nexus which helps avoid a skyproc bug which recently came to light about how well it works with larger files.

i ran the SkyProc Patcher again and this is what it says '' Error: Unable to access jarfile '' C:\Program '' and i dont know what im doing wrong and i deleted my entire skyrim folder including the documents and i have no mods besides the unofficial patches, COS, WIC, SKSE, Alternate Start, and Requiem 1.9 so i dont see any conflicting mods

If you have your Skyrim installed into the Program Files of your PC, several modding tools won't work properly because they can't get the required permissions. You will need to reinstall Skyrim and the mods, or just copy the folder, to another location as per the steam guide on the matter.

Can also be a problem with Java itself ....

As Nazenn said: no. The correct running order of tools is included with this post.

Load order and resource priority basics

Have you updated your Java? If you patched Requiem patcher to fix the SkyProc subrecord problem, then it may require newer version of Java than you currently have.

Nazenn: im pretty confused about were to move the skyrim folder were do i put it at?

SpeedFreak1972: i have JRE 1.8.0_51 its the newest version and i think its up-to-date :P

IIja: i have JRE 1.8.0_51, thats the newest version that i think would be compatible on the nexus site to download requiem it says i need:

Dawnguard [DLC]
SkyUI
Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE)
Step by Step Installation Guide
Java8 Runtime Environment ("JRE") (note: Mod Organizer needs 32bit, denoted as x86!)

and i have that and have read the installation guide and did what it said step by step and did every little detail and it says error when i run the skyproc patcher and im confused on what to do.

Just somewhere out of the Program Files which has seperate admin rights. If you google change steam directory you can find a dozen types of guides on how best to do it that you can follow.
Nazenn Jul 19, 2015 @ 3:39am
I ignored the friend request because at the time I checked it I didnt know who you were. I cant provide any more help on this matter then google can though so like I said, just do your own basic research

Nazenn i dont mean to be rude but i installed steam to my C drive but not in programfiles x86 its just in the C drive and its giving me another ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ error this time its '' Error : Unable to access jarfile ''C:\steam\steamapps\common\mod'' and thats it i dont have another drive to install it on so can i not run requiem ?
Nazenn Jul 19, 2015 @ 5:25am
As I said before, the best advice I can unfortunetly offer you is to google your problem. If moving your Skyrim installation didn't help, then make sure you have the most up to date java as others suggested above, and just try googling your error and see if others have issues. Unable to access the jar could be caused by a host of different problems I have no way of knowing about. This is unfortunetly one of those times when the user is ultimately responsible for figuring it out as you are the only one with access to all the info when its needed
