Briarheart necropsy glitch (dragonborn dlc) (solved)

So recenty I got a quest to get a brairheart and aparently when i clikc on them its supposed to show a box thats says extract brairheart or something like that but instead nothing happeneds to me.

It's a loot item. You get it the same way you pick up any items off any corpse. You press the "activation" button. With M/KB that's "E". With controller, it's I don't know. Depends on the controller.

Nope I did that mission yesterday yes you loot the briarheart however you get a dialogue box to A examine or B loot and looting the briarheart doesn't count.

No because this is damn retarded and bugged like a number of side quests in the dragonborn DLC, I got the side quest got the spell cast on me checked to make sure. then I went and killed a many number of them and I never get the promant to take the heart just opens the normal loot window

Na If a quest bugs for me I simply look online for the quest ID and use console to setstage to the next part of the guest so I can continue. I just set the stage to were I had found the heart and is telling me to return to the NPC.
