Location names in wrong language / Noms d'endroits en une langue incorrect

I am now playing Skyrim in French in an effort to help my listening comprehension. For some reason, Whiterun is properly named "Blancherive" on the map, but whenever I open a door from an interior (The Warmaidens, for example), it is labeled as "Whiterun" - I will be attaching a list of my mods at the bottom of my post, but I've disabled all the mods that I think *could* have caused this issue.

Je joue Skyrim en français d'essayer aider ma compréhension écoute. Blancherive s'appelle "Blancherive" sur la carte, mais quand je suis dans un intérieur (La Guerrières, par exemple), la porte ce dit "Whiterun" - J'ajouterai mon liste mods à le bas de ce poste, mais j'ai désactivé tous les mods qui (je pense) pourraient créer ce problème.
