Can't find an accurate code, what is Stalhrim's console ID?
Everywhere I have looked I can't find a working Item ID for "player.additem xxxxxxx" that gives stalhrim. The only one I HAVE found is "02b06b" and it doesn't work.

Stalhrim is dlc right? That means that your load order modifies the additem code, based on where the dlc is located. Try checking your load order, and see what the parent dlc's code is. Simply add that code to the front of the one you have, and it should work.
This assumes you have some knowledge of what you are doing, and thus know that you need to specify a quantity.
First 2 digits present mod index position in your load order. For me, Dragonborn.esm is in index position 07, thanks to all DLCs and Unofficial patches. You will have to check what the mod index for your Dragonborn DLC is. You can usually see this from your mod manager.
Easiest to use the 'help' command in console:

help stalhrim

Then it'll show you all the IDs, use pageup to scroll up if it's a long list (which it will be). Or:

help "stalhrim armor"
(include quotes)

if you're looking for a specific item. If you mean the ore itself, then find help on 'stalhrim ore'.

Lol, I forgot you could even do that. I'm so used to just having a notebook at hand with item ids written in it that i pulled straight from the editor.
I think skyrim was the first to have that function natively (that is, without mod involvement).
For stahlrim ore it's xx002b06b. Where xx is the placement of Dragonborn.esm within your load order. If you have all UP, then it'd be 07.
Not to be THAT PERSON...and believe me, I go to console commands when "needed"...but Stalhrim is the easiest ore to get in Skyrim. Just go to the Stalhrim Source and mine it. You get tons and it respawns regularly.

Yeah Stahlrim is super easy to get.

I usually go to Solstheim at level 1+ to get the Ancient Nordic Pickaxe from Glover Mallory then head to Castle Karstaag Caverns to complete the Paid in Full quest to gain access to the Blackguard's Armor.

Along the way I go to the Stahlrim Source location and mine it with the Ancient Nordic Pickaxe. That way I get 30 Stahlrim and by the time I come back the location respawns.

It takes like 5 minutes.

go to the big source type place (it gets you ALOT EASY )
Well, I have not even gotten attacked by the damn cultists yet, so I can't go to solstheim(don't ask) adn therefore have no way of ACTUALLY getting it. I found my own way though, and that was to just go to "qasmoke" or the "editor test cell" and take the one peice out of the chest, drop it, select it and then use "player.placeatme" to duplicate it about 20 times. This was b4 anyone responded so... Also, stalhrim is not the easiest, Iron and Steel are the easiest, almost every forge has stacks of iron and steel ingots laying around.

2 things YOU CAN GO THERE AT ANY TIME
Idiot, I said don't ask. I fudged up my game somehow, I kinda deleted the script for talking to the guy, at least pre-miraak-cultist-encounter so the only way I can talk to him is by doing it on the quest when I am supposed to go to Solstheim to find Miraak. After that, I can just fast travel.

.....

look ask someone to help you maybe get the pre event code back?
well, I deleted the file but Steam's dumb anal cavity refuses to admit it. I have verified the game cache like 30 times still wont work.... although I could try to simply coc my way to Raven Rock, discover Sosltheim and have the fast travel option...
or better option just reinstall the game?
why would I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ reinstall the game just to get something earlier than I already can?
