Magic Anomalies aren't appearing
I am currently at Winterhold where I need to fight Magic Anomalies, however for some reason they are invisible. It CTD'd once when I tried to Fast Travel to Whiterun during that quest but it doesn't happen like that afterwards.
Some notes:
- I have Immersive Colleger of Winterhold installed but it doesn't seem to have any effect if I turn it on or off.
- I've read a similar issue where Magic Anomalies CTD the game because of sound mods. I don't have any sound mods.
- A vampire and two death hounds are caught in the crossfire. Very doubtful if this is related.
- There are no NPCs around, which I think was a result of When Vampires Attack. No guards either, is that normal?
- I already checkedthe integrity of the game cache.

Any ideas?

Do you have a save from before you started the quest? Does the bug persist with that save? Try once leaving the college fast travelling to winterhold instead of running.

Immersive College of Winterhold has no effect on that quest
The vampires are apart of the vanilla game
Yes the npcs dissapearing would be because of When Vampires Attack

Can you please post your entire load order? And also try what cfs suggested

Yes but unfortunately they are old and predate the Quest where I have to return to Winterhold to find one of the NPCs doing something to the Eye of Magnus. However, I did take a Vanilla save and spawned a bunch of anomalies through console and loaded the mods one by one and I think I found the culprit so I think posting load order will no longer be necessary.

This outfit seems to be the problem: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52633/?
I don't quite understand the correlation but every time I toggle it, the anomalies appear/disappear.

Anyone willing to experiment with this mod and see if it happens to your anomalies?
