Report a translation problem
Easiest thing is probably to post your full load order, as otherwise people might suggest mods you've never even heard of that could conceivably conflict.

via the console, you should be able to target any strange items and see what mod installed them.
from there, you can look up if there is a fix from either mod author (in my case Frostfall and DD) or a third party. also tools like Loot (https://loot.github.io/) and TES5Edit (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?)
can help you make a solution to almost any problem that involves conflicting mods. In any case, Good luck and I hope this helps!
