Flying/Sliding Horses?

Hi i have Immersive Horses installed and i recently had all dirty edits cleaned but i still oddly have a FLYING horse bug. I walk outside of Whiterun and there is a Flying HORSE with an NPC on it either sliding or flying all over.

Also there is a horse with a carriage and the horse seems to be walking really fast while the carriage fails to stay upright, not spazz out but just staying upright due to the horse walking fast.

I have Vsync enabled so thats not the issue.

I CTD when i watch the horses LOL
