SUM.
USKP Ver 2.10 (read about problems from 2.12+)
Latest version of java 32 and 64 bits installed.
Latest version of Loot installed.
Latest version of NMM installed.
Latest version of SUM installed.

SUM checking stuck at 0% forever.

I cannot use dual sheath redux without SUM, also there's some patch fro PerMA that will require SUM as well.
What the ♥♥♥♥ I am doing wrong?

Perhaps I could fix it, by running as administrator, but i don't have such option.

I do not recommend using the old version of USKP. Mods that require it will require the new version any way. The problem is not related to USKP itself, but how SkyProc tools handle subrecords.

SUM has not yet been updated. Both PerMa and DSR patchers have been updated. I recommend moving to current version of USKP and using patchers separately. If your game does not function properly with separate patchers, then use the workaround.

I am unsure why you are halted, but PaMa was patched for new subrecord handling during last release. It is likely not working with SUM that is still using old subrecord system. I don't think that they are compatible right now.

I haven't installed PerMa yet, I'm coming back to skyrim after a very long time without playing it, I've over 200 mods that I'll install. Everything is working fine and great, but I read that PerMa will require SUM for some specific patches, that worries me.

Yes, SUM last update was from 2013 if I'm not wrong, pretty much outdated, and seems the vast majority of people is stuck on java null.pointexception, which basically means it didn't found the path of the program.

I'm going back to instalation of the mods, then I'll update some, it seems SUM is just broken.

At the link you mentioned, you said that dual sheath redux fixed the problem with the hotfix patch, I've installed it with NMM, and it didn't worked, why?
Hmm, guess I need USKP 2.12+ to work, anyways I'll take a look later on this, installing other mods atm.

That I do not know. I don't use DSR, because I have already enough polling effects in my game. Patch should work, if it was merged with the original patcher with NMM or Mod Organizer. I tested it out with MO few weeks ago to reply a question in this forum and conformed it was working.

You may have to ask more help for that from the support page, or hope that someone using DSR knows the answer here.

I am using PerMa, but haven't noticed any reason to use SUM for any spesific patches. I am using only one SkyProc patcher (PaMa) though.

Nice to hear it, because PerMa is by far one of my favourite mods in theory.
So many amazing features and concepts.

Thank you for all your help. :)
I'll check Dual shealth redux later.

Just a little update, since I manged to fix this problem, and if someone else anywhere is having the same issue...

It doesn't require SUM at all, after you install the hotfix from Nexus mod manager, just go to skyrim data folder, and open the dual sheath redux patcher from there and update. (requires java)
I figured that out after I've installed FNIS, however I though I've checked that before, anyways. This solution is extremely easy and fast, doesn't require Mod organizer and is much more practical and faster than youtube tutorials.
