Male face mods?

All I can find are ones for female and I would like somthing like Fallout Character Overhaul

Better Males on the Nexus. I use the Younger Faces + Genox version :)
If you want your NPCs to look good, start with 'Inhabitans of Skyrim', then overwrite with 'Males of Skyrim'

I use Total Character Makeover as a sort of base thingy (I use Mod Organiser btw which is great for playing around with these things) for both male and female characters, then for men specifically I use SkySight Skins which is a realy nice retexture, much more realistic than a lot. Tastes vary, of course, but I really like this combination.
