khajiit dawnstar won't show up

i start the game and removed the patches because i discovered that they also remove the hidden chest and the loop and i want to use those but the khajiit won't show up now have done the nightmare quest and started on the quest of sam with the drinking competition but still they are not there

Wait, the actual Khajiit aren't showing up? Assuming you have waited a few days (and maybe fast travel away, wait a couple of days, then fast travel back and wait a few more days), something is messed up in your game. Suggest you post your full load order.
