Illia keeps attacking me
So I went into Darklight Tower, see Illia killing another witch, and as soon as she sees me, she's hostile? Re loading doesn't work, I went into there about 5 times and she's always hostile :/ Is there any console command or something? I would really like to finish this without killing her...
NOTE: I was with Serana at the time. Should I send her away?

try a calm spell from the illusion school.

Might be a AI glitch that sometimes happens, when NPCs thing you are entering in to their "home" without reason. Leaving the area and letting it to refresh usually fixes things.

Illia is No Crime faction character. Her AI may have glitch, if your character has a high bounty.

If you do not have a high bounty, or letting the are to refresh does not help, then you can try to target her trough console and type:

resetAI [ENTER]

That should force her to calm down. However, resetAI isn't always a permanent fix for a problem, so that is why I do not reconsider it as a primary solution.

Update: Both didn't work. I gave up and went to Dawnguard. Isran attacked Serana and me. DAFUQ? I'm not even a vampire

Bugged effect? If you have Unofficial Skyrim Patch installed, head back to Whiterun and use effect clearing shrines. If that does not fix this, then I am unsure what is going on. Neither Illia or Serana had any notes about persistent hostality in UESPWiki.

Illia kind of attacks my char also, but in a different manner. Every time my char sleeps, she is awakened in the middle of her sleep for some " something something", if you know what I mean. But again that;s a mod on LLab. It's weird to watch but comical at the same time. Illia is also her follower among the many, many other female followers she has.

I found a solution!! I still don't know why this happened, but after I fast traveled to Whiterun, punched a guard and went to jail, everything's normal! Seems to be a bug or something. I'm glad that's over...

Can confirm that this 9+ years later in Anniversary Edition can still happen and proposed solution by OP still works.

Although you don't have to travel all the way to Whiterun to punch a guard in the kisser. Acquiring a bounty in any hold and clearing it in any gameplay wise legit way (paying off, jail time or clearing witnesses) will do.

If you encounter Ilia in Dark light tower and she's hostile simply go back to the main road leading into Riften and kill the first unfortunate son of a B- you come across. Bounty cleared. Move back into Dark Light tower and all should be right in the world again.
