How can I open the "Mod Configuration" painel in the SKSE version 1.7.2?

How can I open the mod configuration panel in the SKSE version 1.7.2? I tried to open in the menu, but the button to go to the Mod Configuration panel wasn't there. And yes, I confirmed if SKSE was installed.

The Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) is part of another mod called SkyUI, a series of IU changes that makes the in game menus much easier to use on PC. In order to use MCM you must install SkyUI. SKSE is just a script extender that enables many more complex mods to be used.

(Also use the Nexus and the Nexus Mod Manager for mods. It's more stable and has a wider selection of higher quality mods)
