Anyway, I wish they added a support so that we can mark items, for example: books so that we know which book we read because it automatically does it for you, even if you just open a book.
There are one mod for books. Bithon.
I know about Unread books glow, but that's not what I'm looking for really. It would be really cool if you could (yourself) somehow mark a particular book by a hotkey. I have 100+ books in my inventory and I read a good chunk of them so I don't usually know what books are left to be read as even if I open them, SkyUI recognizes them as read.
