Report a translation problem
this toggles the AI on and off. Try it once to then close the console to see if they attack. If not try it again as it might just kick start the AI.
However, just install the Brawl Bugs Patch from the nexus and see if that works.
If you are using SPE RG then brawling will be broken regardless of if you use the patch unfortunetly.
If not please supply your load order etc
I run SPERG and have no problems with brawls, in the options just turn brawl mode to manual.
And yes, stupid filter, makes it all too hard sometimes
EDIT: I'm going with NMM but tell me if thats the wrong decision.
EDIT: Ok, restarting my PC fixed the game. Now I'll see if the Brawl Bugs Patch Fixes the Brawls
P.S. I would highly recommend trying out the Tamriel Online mod with a few of your freinds, it works well and it gets frequent and progressive updates.Thats not mentioning how fun it is to play Skryrim with your freinds. Just don't have it installed while playing singleplayer.
