Cant find someone to give me a job in companions...

who gives the job ?

Members of the Circle: Aela, Farkas, Skjor and Vilkas.

First you have to talk to Kodlak (he's downstairs). Then you can get jobs from Aela, one or both of those brothers, Skjor (I think), and ... well, just ask around.

This is assuming you haven't bugged the Companions NPCs with a mod or something....

Normally you get your first job from either farkas or Aela ... after Dustmains cairn you get also jobs from Vilkas or skjor

Do you have active or pending quest for Companions? In what point in the questline you are?

i just found out they are werewolves and no there is no mods about companions

Then leaders of the Circle should point you to speak with Skjor and appear when and where he tells you.

If the speech option does not appear, then have you installed Unofficial Skyrim Patch and sorted your load order with LOOT?

Patches do not address this problem directly. However, they do make several bug fixes for Companion dialgue and AI. Install the main patch + DLC patches (if any.)
