Go to your \steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data folder and delete the esp and bsa for the mods you were subscribed to. Unfortunately unsubbing does not remove the mod.
Note that the vast majority of mods should not be removed mid-playthrough. See the following for information regarding the reason for this (doing so will in the vast majority of cases break your save):
