How do you run FNIS.exe?

So I got a nephilim mod and it says to run the FNIS, which I couldn't find. Everything works except when I try to get out of the flight mode, I stay in no clip, even if I reload a save I saved before I activated the Angelic Flight. (Only way to fix this is to restart the game.) I saw a flying mod on the Nexus ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64769/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D64769%26preview%3D&pUp=1 ) that says the same thing. I have FNIS installed apparently because I have the powers for it. So how do you Run "Generate FNIS for Users.exe" and press "Update" button. (That's from the Nexus Mod Description.)

Go to C:\Program Files (86x)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data|\FNIS BEHAVIOR\tools.
Then double click on GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Edit: I can't update the mod. I updated the FNIS but I can't purge the Nephilim effects. I guess i'll get the nexus mod. Thanks Dark!

I'm a dumbass, or was. Watched a tutorial on DSR by slothabilty yesterday and he explained FNIS

This was so long ago. Ran it a sh.t ton of times afterwards until Skyrim broke. Never had problems. Try reinstalling?

Cheers man, this was exactly my problem, the .exe file was here instead of in the folder with the readme like it used to be.
