How can you get falmer hardened or heavy armor early on?
I really love the look of these armors but they only seem to appear much later in the game at which point they are obselete.

Anyone know how to get it at lower levels or via console commands?

Either this mod;
Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49791/?
or this one;
Immersive Armors
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19733/?
Sorry I can't remember which one adds the Falmer armors.

In console (with quotes):
help "falmer hardened"
and a list of the armors should run up with their reference IDs. Page up to find the one you want (plain or pre-enchanted named armor) and type in:
player.additem <reference id> <amount>

this is probably the easiest place to get to
and probably the easiest without mods and console

It says Missing parameter ObjectID. What am I missing?

The ID of the item appears to be missing. For the 'additem' command, don't use quotes like with the 'help' command.
Here's a list of the IDs anyway:
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Specialty_Gear#Falmer_Armor

So for the body armour itself, you'd type:
player.additem 020023e9 1
NB:
The ref numbers provided on wiki page start with xx because this part of the number is detemined by where the plugin is in the list. Dawnguard SHOULD be first in the list after 'Update', so the xx part of the number should be 02, as in my example above. If that makes no sense at all, stay out of the console. :D

coc qasmoke

I was hoping you might go the natural way of getting this stuff but I guess not. use the above console command to transport to the every item in the game area. Have fun.

coc riverwood
when you are done.
