How to defeat Odahviing ?

Hi there, I have problem, when I have to defeat and trap odahviing, I'm not dealing to him any damage. Don't know why, maybe it's bug but I cannot move forward whithout completing this mission. Thanks a lot.

Just run inside until he follows you?

He may still be suffering from invincibility effect. Try the following.

- Open console and target Odahviing trough it.
- disable [ENTER]
- enable [ENTER]
- Close the console.

This will refresh the character and should clear the effect.

Ilja - sry, maybe Im little retarded but I dont know how to target him trough console :D
I tried it this way - i targeted him normally and then run the console, wrote "disable" and then "enable" and nothing happened... Thanks a lot for your advice :)

first use shout " CALL DRAGON " and when he lands and he will land hit him with another shout called " DRAGONREND " then back-up into dragonsreach

Oh, I thought that he was in the state, where Dragonrend did not have effect on him.
If you need to target something trough console, just click the target with your mouse.

He's invincible because you're not supposed to hurt him. You just need to hit him with the "Dragonrend" shout, like Trigger already said. (You can also use this when he's still flying around, he's scripted to follow you into Dragonsreach once you hit him with the Dragonrend shout.)

You're supposed to TRAP him not kill him! I believe you can trap him even without the dragonrend.

During our last encounter I used Dragonrend at him, then beat him for a while, until he came after me. Then the trap went off and we had a winner.

Never used dragonrend to force him to land. Once he lands walk/Run back into hall he will follow. Usally I keep my followers waiting outside the hall, they will disrupt the procedings.
