How to fix unlimited stamin glitch

My stamin is currently stuck at 0 (or almost 0) but does not regenerate. However I can also use any stamina consuming activities indefinetley. Before you ask it has nothing to do with items or active effects, I have just started a new game and this has only just appeared just before leaving the helgen sequence.

Mods? -> The guy said that he uses mods but they don´t affect the stamina-stuff (But you would be suprised what mods can do with your game).

You can try to start a new game and see if this happens again.

Did you unsubscribed mods (Workshop)? -> You need to delete unsubscribed mods manually!

In your old save files -> You have the problem too ? Maybe you can change the stamina level with the console.

If you knew something that I wrote, sorry ^^ but it´s only the check up.

Maybe someone else had this problem with the game.

Dont think starting a new game will do much because as I said the bug only appeared midway through the beginning sequence. In earlier saves the stamina is fine so could probably change it with the console but how would I do that?

And ye it most likely is caused by mods however I've read of lots of cases of this bug and people have all tried uninstalling mods to no effect. Also there is no sought of fix online for this.

Sounds rly strange to me. The only way you could fix this is probably uninstall and delete everything that has to do with skyrim.

There must be another way, but I think I am to dumb to find a solution. Maybe you are the chosen one and one of the few players that get this "error".

First try player.dispelallspells in the console. To make sure you don't have some weird spell effect left over. If that doesn't work, then player.forceav stamina xxx, where xxx is the correct stamina.

the initial post 2015 video is private. I would assume its some mod conflict, but yeah console commands should fix it.
