I just recommend going into the settles file once you downloading it and changing contrast from 0.5 to .0 or even -0.3
Lost Grimoire of Skyrim has some really nice spells that would fit an evil playthrough, especially conjuration wise, also some really nice good sort of spells as well

Immersive Creatures has some very good night time spawn mechanics that bring out other evil creatures like vampires and werewolves and ghosts etc

Techincally Dark Fantasy Overhaul is as far as it can go for Dark Fantasy. For everything else. Bordual actually gives a good line up of suggested mods.
