I can't learn dragon shouts! (Solved)

Hey, I have a problem. I can't learn shouts, but I have enough dragon souls. when I try to use them, the game says, I have to collect souls.
Can somebody help me?

have you tried unlocking a shout by selecting it and using the "R"- key ?

Look at the down left panel of the shouts menu. There is an key to spend souls for shouts.

You have to follow the main quests until you meet a dragon at a watchtower. After that you need a dragons soul and find a "dragon shout word" each time you want to learn a new shout.

apparantly he has done this quest, otherwise he wouldn't have many dragonsouls

I have an AZERTY-keyboard, so the keys are different, but i tried any letter.
PS: I have 49 souls

Hmm... what key does the UI offer? I mentioned about that above.

the game says, that i have to use the R-key, but when using it choose the shout as favorite. Itried to change the settings, but i didn't find it

Hit Esc. You can find Controls from the menu it opens.

Also make sure that your language settings are compatible between your keyborad and game. If R adds shout to favorites, when UI counts it as Soul spender key, then settings are likely not compatible with each other.

Ok, it worked :) I changed back the settings and tried again to use the R-key and it worked.

I have a second problem. In a quest where a woman ask you to steal a bottle of wine from her husband, because he's too often drunken, I can't find this bootle in his little storage.
