but these are all very common and easily found.
i do recomend http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1603/? it is a mod that allows you to change your walk/run/sprint speeds, very useful
some must-have mods are SKSE (you will need to google it) skyUI and either enhanced character edit or race menu (for making you look pretty :3).
you can find these and many more mods at the nexus, it is the link i have already provided.
This. What do you want? How well does your game run? etc.
(steam workshop sucks and will break your game after some time because of auto install and mod compatibility issues.) In the nexus go to top files and tick most endorsed of all time. There you go. Or check the categories for specific things like armor or weapons. Just keep in mind to always tick "most endorsed of all time". With this procedure the website directly shows you the best mods without the need to browse 34000 files. Installing mods might seem easy but you will 100% destroy your savegame and your whole installation if you just install and uninstall everything you please without checking compatibility problems, scripts etc. Look up gopher on youtube he has the best skyrim modding tutorials in english.
One advise though: Check the files you install for scripts. (search for a folder called "scripts") Scripts are bad m'kay. Only install script mods which you will definitly never uninstall. Once you save with a script mod it gets attached to your savefile and if you uninstall this specific mod your save will suffer permanent damage.
