After you finish the quest line you can cure yourself - and even Serana if you were, erm,, diplomatic shall we say when discussing said blessing. :P

NP - personally I prefer to be a Werewolf, probably because in Bloodmoon it was awful and now it kinda works - or at least looks one helluva lot better :P

one more thing, if i choose vampire side will other npc (except dawnguard) attack me?
They used to at stage 4 vampirism, but Dawnguard patched that out.
If you are a vampire all NPCs will act more hostile towards you, but they won't attack you outright just for being a vampire. They will just be ♥♥♥♥♥ to you and say ♥♥♥♥ about your eyes and skin, and how you more or less look like a monster.

Some do, most don't. It's actually good fun being a vampire Lord. Dawnguard are a right royal pain in the backside throughout though. I always tried to refrain from progressing to stage 4 vampirism though. Just enjoy it, Walter white, and next time go with the Dawnguard. Those crossbows (mine currently does 405 damage not including bolt) are pretty damned good!! And, no, I didn't use any fancy fortify cheats to achieve that - just regular Enchanters Elixirs and lvl 100 alchemy with homemade Smithing gear/potions. Don't you just love games with infinite play style play throughs?

Nope - after you've maxed out vampire Lord perks - whatever - you can then change to a Werewolf, or vicer verser. Mind you, You can only cure yourself of Lycanthropy (spelling?) once AFAIK. Aela the Huntress will infect you one more time and so will Serana? I forget (not really - it's just that a lot of alcohol has recently been imbibed) :D
