I am asking this because a friend of mine (my neighbourhood) bought Skyrim regular edition for his kid on the same date. We started downloaded together (more-or-less), his downloaded completed within 90 minutes while I am still waiting...

Of course, I normally have Java and Flash disabled (along with redirects) and only enable them for specific reasons. They are much more dangerous.
Unfortunately most users log on their systems as Admin, and when they get hacked the hacker inherits their permissions. You only run as Admin when required and then log back in with a permission limited profile.
