game crashes at start (no mods installed) - fixed - Xfire does not work with Skyrim

Hi everyone,

yesterday i finally bougth "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition", downloaded, installed and directly played it. No Problems. But after the first reboot after the installation the game did not want to start again, it kept crashing at the start. So i reinstalled the game today. After the installation i could play the game without a problem, but after the first reboot the game keeps crashing again at the same point. So i think it the reboot has caused this problem, but i don't know how to fix it.

what i've tried so far.
- set the "load-files" in the right order
- installed the newest drivers
- add both the launcher and the game exe to the exceptions of my av-program
- disabled my av-program
- set my sound to 16 bit 44100 Hz
- Run the following installers:
...\Steamapps\Common\skyrim\DirectX10\dxsetup.exe
...\Steamapps\Common\skyrim\VCRedist\vcredist_x86.exe

this one didn't want to run
...\Steamapps\Common\skyrim\DotNetFX\dotnetfx35setup.exe

- verifying my game cache
- delete both .ini in documents/.../Skyrim

i haven't got installed any mods, only the 3 dlcs, so 95% of the solutions in the i-net didn't help me

please help me, i want to play this game, but it would suck if i had to download (2-3 hours) the game everytime before i want to play it

my specs:
Windows 7 64-Bit
i5 2500K
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
8 GB RAM

ps: in the Skyrim.ini following error message is provided:

SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.

but since i did not have installed an mods yet i dunno why this error should produced

When you launch skyrim from steam and have the window pop-up with play game, options etc. open "data files" and make sure all the boxes are ticked. It might be looking for the dlc's but they're not active, probably won't work but it's a thought.

already checked them and all 3 dlcs are ticked

tried to find out which plugin causes the problem with the program TES5Edit, but the program did not detect any error, according to it everything should load fine

ok, i could fix it.

the file .../appdata/local/skyrim/loadorder.txt looked like this:
"Skyrim.esmUpdate.esmDawnguard.esmHearthFires.esmDragonborn.esm" - dunno why

i just put every load esm into its own line, which means :
"Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Dawnguard.esm
HearthFires.esm
Dragonborn.esm" and now it works

Where did you find this file? Ive tried ./appdata/local/skyrim/loadorder.txt but it looks like i dont have any file with this name even folder "skyrim" in "local"

Click Start. Type "loadorder.txt" without the quotes and slap return key.

I tried loadorder.txt and loadorder.idi and cant find nothing.

So, you are not using NMO or Loot or BOSS? I know NMO generates the file so, so should the others including NMM.

I have no idea what is NMO, Loot or BOSS. :D Guess its something with mods? I dont use any mods or DLCs. I played it yesterday and i had no problems.

now i know what causes the problem, the program Xfire, as soon as Xfire is off, Skyrim starts without a problem, but if Xfire is running the game won't start

I stopped using Xfire when they were bought out by a malware serving ad company... 5, maybe 6 years ago?
