Sound Looping...
I have no mods other than the one included when purchasing Skyrim. I have no clue if the mod even works, but many sounds are looping...

Walking outside Hod and Gerdur's house, there's a water sound looping, ambient sound looping, etc... It's incredibly annoying.

I desactivated my Realtek audio and I downloaded Razer 7.1 Surround, with either of them the sound in my computer is fine, it's just in Skyrim it cuts off and start from the beginning randomly... Help me! :(

FIX: Turn down your fps to 60.

Fraps isn't made for that.

You right click your desktop, right click - screen resolution, advanced settings, screen and set it to 60hz.

By the way if you have a very bad computer, it might not run Skyrim at 60 fps and might cause issues, I don't know.

In my case my PC was too good for the game.

actually it's better to set your refresh rate with whatever software you use for your graphics card, nvidia control panel or catalyst control panel. What you would do is set vsync on which would limit your fps to your monitor's refresh rate, which is usually 60hz. Having higher fps shouldn't affect your audio though, sounds like you might have an underlying issue there.

Old game probably base themselves on frames for stuff... Whenever my FPS was over 60 it was looping sound and other people had the same problem.

Skyrim isn't that old of a game, I could see it maybe happening in Oblivion, but Skryim is new enough that it shouldn't be an issue. Well at least you fixed it, not like you need higher than 60 fps in Skyrim anyways.
