Can't input a name for my character.

Topic.

I can create my character just fine, but when i'm supposed to name my character i get the gray box and can't type in anything.

My pc
Win 7 Ultimate
Athlon X2 270
R9 270X
3GB Ram

Not using any mods.

can you press on your arrows key to choose what setting you want or even esc ?

My kb works just fine. When i press the "R" key to finalize my character it works.

Have you tried going through all settings, finishing character, then name option should come up. It is always the last thing, the black bar is weird though.

Yeah, the character creation menu works just fine. I just can't name the character.

For a start you have choosen Nord OK the basic model, then go through face, eyes, brow and hair selections when done press R and type name.

I don't haveš a language pack installed. I use english for all of my games.

I've tried making a khajiit, spent 30 minutes tweaking him, then i press R, the box pops up and i still can't name him.

mine get fixed after i restart my computer, try to press alt+tab then going bck to the game
