Anny good weapon replacers ?

i dont mean like additional weapons i mean like actualy weapon retextures or replacers, i know about hothtroopers mod and its neat but i still like the vanilla weps more,but the texture look kinda crap,has someone made a retexture of the weapons or a replacer
