Skyrim Green water Problem

Guys i just started a new character and a few hours later i decided to go Riften but on the way i manage to fall into the water and everything is green please how do i fix these?

try one of the various greenwater fixes from the nexus or worksop.

or use the
teofis
console command, but it will change your graphics a bit

I had this problem too, I applied the green water fix, but the underwater is all clear.
But at least you con see underwater

this happens to me to, best bet is to use a green water fix mod.
