My mouse is messed up
I recently started having this problem where the in game cursor wouldn't do anything if I moved the mouse. But if I move the mouse around the windows cursor would appear on the edges of the screen. This makes the game unplayable, I am unable to turn my character in game and I can't even click in game. Can somebody please help figure out what is wrong with it? The last thing I did before this occurred was install 6 more mods. I tried to uninstall them and start the game up but that didn't fix anything. I also tried to delete my player pref file but that also didn't work.

Exit steam and start it up again, worked for me.

Nvm, restarting my computer worked. I bought it retail when it came out.

you never bought the game...
there would be a little mouse icon next to your name and people could see it in your games list

to own the game legitly, you NEED to link it to steam.
otherwise you only got a DVD which does nothing except asking to be installed.
and the harddrive doesnt matter... its already enough to enter the code or to purchase it in steam to own the game
