RINGS OF BLOOD MAGIC

i am doing the ring of blood magic quest and they want me to get the RING OF THE BEAST from DEAD CRONE ROCK. when i get there and get to the top level of the rock, the arrow is just floating there and there is no one to fight. elder scrolls wiki says that if the arrow is just floating there, the dragin priest is already dead and the ring is now impossible to get. i killed DRASCUA in a previous quest and i am guessing that she was considered a dragon priest. i was looking for a code to resurrect her but can't find it. i did find a code to do "player.additem" to get the ring but i prefer to fight. does someone know the code to resurrect DRASCUA? if you do, please give me the entire command if it is not "RESSURECT xxxxxxxx". thanks for your help.

i found my solution. i tried player.additem 0000E7FD to add the ring but that didn't work. i had to use setstage DLC1RV08 110 to move this quest along.

i also got the floating arrow on a companion radiant quest animal extermination. i am simply going to go back to aela and refuse the quest and get rid of it that way.

I had a similar problem. There was a glitch with the "Trouble in Skyrim" quest. The mark I was sent to kill (a Hagraven at Dead Crone Rock named Drascua) was already dead, as you can see in the following image link.

Anyway, I found the solution online. I clicked on Drascua's image, then typed "resurrect 1" and hit Enter. That did the trick for me. Then I was able to kill her properly and successfully complete the quest.
