How can I access Nchardak after the main questline?

This is from the Dragonborn DLC;
I'm trying to get these resonance stones to get my hands on the Dwarven Black Bow of Fate and see if it's better than my Superior-improved Elven Bow with a fire enchancement.

I'm following a walkthrough of the quest, and it said to go to Nchardak, and said "you can do this at anytime". Though, I don't have the cube to unlock the front door. So... how do I access? There's no option to get the cube from the guy who helped you during the main questline.

I just did. And, I learned that I can just grab one of the cubes that control water, to open doors that are locked/hadn't accessed yet. Thanks for this. I got what I came for.

after reading the black book and the quest is complete, i head back down into the ruins to get the other cube's=5 in total, i like to collect things, yet not like a hoarder. Use Unlimited Bookshelves and use the cubes as book ends
