How do I make an STALHRIM armor? /// ¿Cómo hago una armadura de STALHRIM?

I've read that I have to find Deor Woodcutter to start a quest (A New Source of Stalhrim) that will allow me to make armors and weapons of stalhrim, but he's not in the Skaal Village. I've tried with the command "player.placeatme xx018fa8", but he doesn't appear next to me. :(
What do I have to do to find him and start the quest?

He leído que tendo que encontrar a Deor Tallador para poder empezar una misión (Un nuevo yacimiento de Stalhrim) que me permitirá forjar armaduras y armas de stalhrim, pero no está en la Aldea Skaal. He probado poniendo el comando ""player.placeatme xx018fa8", pero ni así aparece a mi lado. :(
¿Qué tengo que hacer para encontrarlo y comenzar la misión?

If you talk to the two Skaal villagers discussing the disappearance of the village blacksmith before they have finished talking, you will be unable to interact with the male villager, Deor Woodcutter, thus making the quest unattainable.

Thanks, jaderive, but the problem is that Deor IS NOT in the Village, so I can't see him talking with anybody 'cause he's definetely not there, I want to find him, but I don't know how, because even "placeatme" comand can't help.

I don't know, I don't even remember him, so I don't know what happened to him, if he's dead, or if it is a bug... Nothin. :S

Isnt that the guy you rescue from thalmor? After you get the quest from some of the skaal villagers?
And you have to cleanse one of the stones the skaal go to. The wind stone I think. To be able to talk to the villagers.

Could be now you mention it it could very well be that he has to be rescued first

BloodFirelce, guides don't say anything about rescuing him from Thalmor. I've also cleaned all the stones and completed the main mision. He should be in the damn Skaal Village. T__T

You have to rescue Baldor Iron Shaper. Ask Fanari if Deor isnt there. Fanari is supposed to talk about Baldor missing with Deor.
..These names lol. Mixed them up.
Deor is protected so he shouldnt be dead. Maybe he is stuck in his house? Or near the wind stone?

Nope. Baldor is already in the village, I'm afraid I've already done that quest. The only one missing here is Deor.

But basically Baldor is the one that lets you use stahlrim when you return the map to him.

Do you have ebony smithing perk?

Not now. I had all the smithing perks but I restored them to 15 when I selected the legendary option in that hability, so now I just have the steel smithing perk.

Do I need any perk in particular for it to appear in the forge?

Yeah you need ebony smithing perk :)
