Followers to sovenguard
Will Amazing followers mod enable me to bring a follower to Skuldafn and sovenguard???.

Sovngarde is for true heros like yourself because you are dragonborn. On the other hand your follower is just a meatshield and a backpack a hero to the player but not to the gods. :D

It's just a pity that sovngarde is so short! I had hoped that there was a follow up to rescue the souls of Companions who had been taken to Hircine's Domain!!!
Which Kodlak eludes to as a possible next quest or mission.
Then you come back and the companions responses are quite disappointing!

It is a goregous place though just no real Treasure!

It could be you'll get a message "Your follower can't accompany you here" I'm not certain though
