HELP! DRAGON ASPECT BUG

Since I acquired and used Dragon Aspect, there's been some ice under my character (follows me around stayng under the feet), and it also emits vapour. Weird huh?

It changes size back and forth: from small to a little bigger, then smaller again - every once in a while, but constantly.
It doesn't go away by exiting the game and reloading.

I have quite a few mods on, but none that modifies shouts or magic, so don't really know what's the deal here.
Hope someone has an idea on how to get rid of it, don't really want to start again from The Temple of Miraak quest - progressed quite a bit!

If you have the USKP there are shrines in the northeast room of the temple in whiterun to remove unwanted magic effects.
