The Gift of the Gab perk suddenly gets given.

When did the Gift of the Gab become available ingame? After all the hours playing Skyrim I was in the CK and made a fatal error deleting something I should have duplicated which naturally caused a loss of game content.

After validating both CK and Skyrim and reverting back past three Autosaves which would all give the blurb about loss of content, I went to a proper save which did not repeat the blurb, loaded, then got given The Gift of the Gab perk headline and which is now in my Active Effects.

I thought this perk was lost in the mists of time, or did the Unofficial patches revive it?

Apparently USKP adds it, as of v2.1.3 (released just over a month ago).

That explains it. Thanks. I got the updated patch on the 12th but hadn't really been in game since, so it was quite a surprise to finally get the perk. Of course it came at a time when I no longer needed it (as usual). :)
