The Whiteriver watch revisited
++spoilers, I'm sure++

I have about 2,000 hours game time on my old version of Skyrim, and about 500 hours here, so I think I may no longer be a 'newbie', I think I now qualify as a 'middling', as opposed to those seriously experienced players with over 5,000 hours and such. Still, the Whiteriver watch has always bothered me. I have always felt there was more to it.

Long ago I gave up trying to find Ralof's relative in the guard, maybe that was a plot edited out for whatever reason.

I have wasted a lot of time looking for outside stuff for Ulffr, but recently gave up and have been giving him mercy killings. I figure a blind bandit, probably wanted, would be better off dead than fending for himself.

Once, a long time ago, I was able to loot the bandit in the cage, just to find average loot. I have never found an easy way to get to the cage, though.

Probably most important, Hajvar the leader, I always felt he was meant for something more than a lousy hundred gold bounty.

My Skyrim book does not mention any grander quest for the Whiteriver watch, so I doubt there is.

What is you guy's take on the watch? If I am missing something, please tell me. Thanks.

That blind guy in Whiteriver Watch is awesome for building up your SNEAK to 100, just make sure you have MUFFLE and bettersneak enchanted on your armor.

I am having trouble remember in that particular part, but are those guys the ones who work with Ysolda, behind the scenes?
