Using Mod Organizer with multiple games?

How do i use Mod organizer with multiple games (i understand the installing multiple, which i will do) my main question is, can i still click the download with manager button in Nexus, and have it download to the correct mod organizer? or do i have to open the link with the specific mod organizer and DL it that way?

ok so open the nexus through the mod organizer, seems simple enough

ok nevermind, im still confused, all clicking that does is take me to the chrome browser, what will happen if i click the launcher download

Mod organizer requires you to set up each individual game as as seperate from each other game. So you actally install it for each game. There is a nice video by gopher here.

thank you for that, it helped! i just installed for all 3 (fallout NV fallout 3 and TESV) and i installed steam into my docments folder lol
