How do you resist paralyize effects?

You really can't anymore, if you get it by one, you'll be down. Maybe, avoid getting paralyzed?

kind of hard when it gets chained via a charus ,those things keeped stunning me lol

There are lots of things you can do depending on what it's worth of course. ie the effort required.

You can enchant gear with resist magicor you can cast spells of resist magic.
You can go invisible so the enemy cannot target you at all.

Paralyze is a dam good spell ... can you also use it on your enemies before they use it on you?

What about you cast lightning bolt / Lightning storm at the enemy so that he cannot use magic at all.

Sorry but anyone who needs to use console to cheat your way past stuff isn't really playing the game! IMO

Some parts of skyrim are great because they are a challenge if you want to negate all challenge to ruin the gameplay for your self well it's your game

i had like 70% MR and 40% magic absorbtpion

and it paralyzied me every time it hit me (add it kind of hard to dodge what can't be seen or is in a big crowd)

What is attacking you with this paralyze attack?
If an enemy is hard to see have you learnt the shout "aura whisper" that shows you any foes in the area ... through walls ... that way you can sneak up and cast first on enemies that use this!

If you enchanted your gear with Resist magic that can be placed on necklace , rings and shield if I remember correctly.

If you have 70% magic resistance and 40% magic absorption almost nothing should get through that. It also depends on the mods your using that could change the whole structure of spells and their resistances.

Of course you could also use Spellbreaker a unique shield which should protect you from any magic user; while actively blocking with the shield.

If it's a chaurus, then that's a poison effect, not a magic attack (although often they are mechanically the same) so you'd need resist poison, either as an enchantment or a potion, though it's a percentage thing, generally, so I'm not sure if it'll protect you against the paralysis part. I don't *think* their poison paralyses in vanilla, though, are you using a mod which changes this? (E.g. Requiem.)

i got a mod that said it only affected ai,use to it did not do that,so i bet that is why
