Glenmoril coven witches. [Spoiler Alert]

When Kodlak sends you to kill the Glenmoril Witches, it gives you the option of wiping them out. There's 5 witches in there. But you only need 4 heads. 1 - Kodlak. 2 - Farkas. 3 - Vilkas. 4 - You. Does anybody know the why of that fifth head?

I usually become a werewolf. So far I've never gone far enough with it to get the 'chieve. It's almost useless after level 35. While Vampire Lord is a gift that keeps on giving. So I cure myself. I didn't know that Aela would give it back to me. Huh. Learn something new.

I don't particularly care for either werewolf or Vamp lord. I got the acheivements on XBox, but I don't think I have on PC.
