how to replace existing sound effects?

I'm trying to replace the sound effects for the fire rune explosion.
I've downloaded bsa unpacker and the skyrim audio converter.
I've tried following this video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3TW85BmUEw but nothing works.
What am I doing wrong?
