is there a character voice pack mod?

is there a mod that gives your character the ability to speak during events such as
combat or chatting/shopping/smithing?

Edit: ninja'd it is quite nice but getting a custom voice set would be preferable since there aren't that many vanillla voice sets.

Yup. That is the assumption.

Player Voicesets is AWESOME, tricky to get working. install mod, wait for it to register with it's MCM menu, then turn on mod then exit MCM, then open MCM and where it says female commander-open the tab and scroll down to WULFY, choose him, exit MCM, then open your skills menu and listen for his voice, then go find some trouble and listen to your character as he is about to fight.

Steam workshop has an awesome mod called: Become a Bard, you get a long working quest-line to become well-known in Skyrim and can even play for jarls and high king. play in bar get 25 gold and a bed for the night, but the best part is your character sings and plays a flute or lute or even a drum and if a follower is with you and has an lute will play along if the song has two parts to it.
