Magic in one hand, sword in another. But how to block?
Don't worry, I'm not a noob. Just... Does anyone know a mod wich will allow to block like it's said in the title? Just... It's impossible to be a spellsword.

Try this:

Dual Wield Parry

You're not a noob so I won't go into specifics, but I find ice magic helps a ton when playing a spellsword. As do summons for aggro draw.

Running for a Spellsword build? Exactly how are you playing this character? Using magic to soften them up before you chop chop chop, your sword arm is just an emergency weapon when your can't melt them fast enough or X?

Haven't you ever heard of c*ck blocking? :) jk

You're a Battlemage. Who needs block when you're a Battlemage?

You can't block while Dual wielding ni vanilla. Single weapon or Sword and board only.

And its not impossible to be a spellsword - you just have to be *agile* and not stand there.

Can't you use a blocking spell, like a ward?..

Yep. You can. And besides, when a Battlemage runs out of mana s/he can always equip the board.

You could use a ward, or find a mod that has a bound shield, of which there are plenty.

There's also this stave mod:

Basically, you can use your wand as both a defensive shield and also charge it with elemental attacks (fire, lighting, frost). It's pretty neat and great for a magic build, as well as a spellsword.

Otherwise, casting things like Oakflesh would be decent for awhile.

The saves look pretty cool too:

Exactly what I wanted to say. I play spellsword now, and it's not that hard. Instead of taking less damage (blocking) try taking no damage (avoiding getting hit)
Play on Legendary, and you'll get agile in no time!

Maybe take a few min to set up your shield, your favorite conjure, any armor spell, fav destro spell, etc., on favorites. That way, you can open battle with a shout, drop an atronach or whatever, then one-click to the next thing you want to use.

Besides the above suggestions, there is always a favorite tactic...RUN.
Ice Form works pretty well, too.

I don't usually bother with blocking; I kite instead, running around hitting with my war axe until it's time to take a break and heal with my other hand.
