My character now has a random face tattoo?
So i became a vampire in skyrim and when i decided i didn't want to be one anymore i used the console commands to get rid of my vampirism. After using the command and the vampirism went away i noticed the tattoo and tried to get rid of it in the race menu because i thought maybe it was a warpaint, but it turns out that it isn't. and i have no idea how to get rid of it? p.s. i don't have dawnguard, in case that helps. the tattoo: http://imgur.com/gallery/kS7X69Y

Nevermind, i figured out how to fix it. when i used the console command it set my race to not a race so i changed it and it fixed.

FWIW, the console isn't the best way to do things like this, as it can easily cause bugs like, well, this. The actual quest to cure vampirism is pretty short, although if you don't have Dawnguard it's a bit trickier as you have to feed before you can talk to either innkeepers (to trigger the quest) or the NPC who can actually help you to cure yourself, and if you don't do it in the most 'efficient' way possible (make sure you have either a filled black soul gem (not the Black Star) or enough money to buy one, feed on an NPC living away from civilisation, i.e. guards, by sneaking into their home - Anais who has the cabin north of Riverwood may be a good choice - and activating them while they sleep, then travel to Morthal, speak to the innkeeper to get the quest to be cured by Falion who also lives in Morthal, go and speak to him, he will tell you you need a filled black soul gem, if you don't already have one he usually has one for sale) then you may need to feed twice, but once you're done the game should properly recognise you as completely not a vampire any more.
