HELP! The Fallen quest not starting

i just defeated alduin, (first fight) and the quest that is supposed to start (The Fallen) will not start, when i talk to parthurnax he doesint have diolog to start it :( any help? I reloaded and defeat alduin again and still nothing :(

startquest mq301
setstage mq301 10

Might help to post your load order. Those should work even if the quest hasn't even been started. This appears to be more than a bugged out quest line. Just to check, make a backup save and use
setstage mq301 200
setstage mq301 220

That should finish the quest, do not continue to play if that works. It is just a test that does not properly complete it. To play on would cause major problems later.

those two new commands didnt seem to do anything either. How can i post the load order?

What do you use to install mods, NMM or MO? For MO, go to where it is installed then the profiles folder, then the folder with your profile name. Open plugins.txt copy and paste. Then do the same for modlist.txt. For NMM, I don't know.

I dont use any mods from the nexus, just some from steam workshop

You may have to type them out. Have you used LOOT to sort your load order? Once LOOT opens click on the button in the upper right that says sort when hovered over, then click apply once LOOT finishes.

Yep, run LOOT. That load order is beyond off. A general load order is
Dawnguard
Hearthfires
Dragonborn
Your other esm's
Your esp's

I'm surprised the game is even loading considering the location of your masterfiles. Please be advised, your game save may not fixable. Skyrim bakes scripts and other info into the saves, unfortunately bugs can also be baked in.

Load order of the masters may be why we cant kick start that quest with the console.

so when i fix the load order should i reload a earlier save if the commands still dont work?

Yes, but chances are the bug has been there for awhile. Sorting with LOOT may fix it altogether, I was just forewarning you.

i sorted with LOOT and tried the commands and still nothing >.< how far back on a save should i go? other quests are just fine

Try a new game, once outside the helgen cave try the startquest - setstage combo. Not sure, the bug could have been there from the beginning.
