I upgraded my laptop to windows 10 and it works just fine..
I think you need to reverify your .dll files to get it working..
try reseting the graphics setup :steamhappy:

If you have Cortana type in dxdiag then clcik on the top item. See if it comes up with anything. If you don't have Cortana right click on the start button > run. In the window that comes up type in dxdiag. For other Win10 settings check out my guide.

There is another copy of it located in C:\Windows\syswow64 Copy and paste it into the other folder.

thanks again for the assistance, i cant find a syswow64 in my C: drive though, i did find the d3d11.dll file in my system32 folder, but during the error message its telling me the SYSTEM32 (all caps) folder, iv made all folders visable and still cant find a SYSTEM32 folder, just the system32 folder, this sounds silly to me but is it the same folder the error is talking about - if so i do already have the d3d1.dll file

You have an ENB installed, yes ? This will eliminate the problem.

It is safe to just remove two of the injected files that SweetFX injects in the Skyrim directory:

Delete: dxgi.dll (or rename to dxgi.dll.bak)
Delete: dxgi.fx (or rename to dxgi.fx.bak)

These two are used by DirectX 11 games. So it has no effect. Removing these two files will stop the error.

This is finally the only fix I have found. Very simple. Thank you very much, and yes this is still happening in 2017.
