Blue Butterfly wing(Has to be blue)
Abecean longfin

Creep cluster

Wheat can be found at the farms surrounding Whiterun. Battleborn, Loreis(?), etc.

Salt can be found litteraly everywhere. Look in a barrel beside an inn and it will probably have salt in it.

For the Spadetail and Longfin, go to Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun(If you don't mind stealing.) In the back, behind her stairs, there are Fish Barrels. Fish are in these, along with salt.

Snowberries can be found along the paths between Winterhold and the surrounding landmarks, like the Shrine of Azura or Saarthal.

Giant toe. You either have to be willing to pay/steal, or you have to kill a giant. Killing giants is difficult depending on level, but with a good bow/spell, they aren't hard.

Butterflies can be found around flowers, generally between Riverwood and Whiterun, although they are found anywhere except the Tundra. Near Riften is a good place to look, lots of flowers near there.

Creep Cluster, I generally buy and then plant around my Hearthfire home, because I never know where to find it.

Best thing is to check UESP which will generally tell you exactly where to find ingredients, and means you don't need to wait for answers. Google "uesp giant's toe" and you should find plenty of info.. Salt piles can usually be found as one of the random items that are in barrels in town (may also be apples, tomatoes etc) so long as you don't mind the odd "is she digging through garbage??" comment from passers by. Snowberries grow in snowy/mountainous areas such as around Kynesgrove, Helgen, etc. Butterflies are often found in Riften near the Orphanage, on the road into Solitude and near the Meadery outside Whiterun. Wheat grows on certain farms. Fishies tend to be in water, such as the lake/river near Riften.
